A former dental clinic was transformed into a modern corporate office with capacity for 150 workstations, now operating as a strategic hub for a multinational company in Leiria.

The project consisted of a complete refurbishment and spatial reconfiguration, developed in close collaboration with the client, with a focus on functionality, comfort, and operational efficiency. Beyond the extensive open-space area, the new layout integrates meeting rooms, leisure areas, dining spaces, and coffee points, creating a dynamic and balanced environment that supports both collaboration and employee well-being.

The design emphasizes contemporary architecture, clean lines, and adaptable solutions, ensuring a cohesive aesthetic aligned with the brand’s global standards. This transformation not only optimizes workspace performance but also contributes to the urban and economic enhancement of its surrounding area, reinforcing Leiria’s growing relevance as a destination for large-scale corporate projects.
